Great service in ease of ordering and speedy delivery within three days of order being placed. I ordered the Otus Lux Brushed Nickel kitchen faucet and it looks wonderful. Can't wait to have it installed in my newly renovated kitchen. I was kept up to date with emails from the delivery company with a tracking number for my package which arrived right on the estimated time of delivery. Couldn't be happier.

Products are great quality and so cheap. Delivery was super fast. A little expensive but what can you expect when you live rural. Customer service was excellent with responses to emails received quickly. Would highly recommend this business.

Found the product on line, ordered the product - product delivered - really great straight through process. I put on the incorrect delivery address but they seamlessly changed it to the correct address. Item is good. Installing it was a whole different kettle of fish!!!! Thanks Acqua for good service.

We ordered the mirrors for our bathrooms from this shop. Great range of products and they offer good deals on a regular basis. Keep an eye on their website for the current deals. The online order process is seamless. All orders are processed on click and collect basis. The shop is on the main road which is very convenient and they have reserved parking for pickup of the products. I would definitely buy from them again and recommend my friends to this place.

Acqua had an item on sale which when it arrived direct from the supplier did not quite match what was listed online. Upon notifying Acqua of this error, they went above and beyond to rectify the issue. Will definitely be happy to use them again.

I accidentally broke a glass panel of a corner shower kit I bought from Acqua. I emailed Acqua to obtain a replacement panel. My request was handled by Alana in a very timely and professional manner. I commend Alana and everyone else at Acqua Bathrooms involved in completing my order. I am very pleased with the finished shower. I would recommend Acqua to people seeking bathroom products.
